Eligibility and Applicability

999gt services are available only to individuals who are at least 21 years of age and for whom using such services is not legally prohibited in their respective jurisdiction. By creating an account on the platform, you confirm that:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are using this service voluntarily and of your own free will.
• You have never previously had an account banned or cancelled on 999gt.
• You are not an employee of the platform or a first-degree relative of one.

These Terms are drafted in Bengali and are specifically prepared for Bangladeshi users. In the event of any conflict between a translation and its interpretation, the Bengali version shall be considered authoritative.

Account Registration

2.1 One Account Policy

Each individual may open only one 999gt account. If a person holds more than one account, those will be considered "duplicate accounts" and both accounts may be permanently closed, with all balances and bonuses forfeited.

2.2 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration — name, date of birth, mobile number, email address, and payment details — must be accurate and complete. Providing false information may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of deposited funds.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account. If you believe your account security has been compromised, notify the support team immediately.

Age Verification and Identity Confirmation

999gt reserves the right to verify the identity, age, and payment method ownership of any user at any time. Withdrawals may be held until the verification process is complete. The following documents may be requested for verification:

• A copy of the National Identity Card (NID) or passport.
• A recent utility bill or bank statement (as proof of address).
• Mobile wallet account details (such as a bKash or Nagad number).

If documents are not submitted or are found to be false, the account may be immediately closed and the balance forfeited. Access to this platform is available only to those aged 21 and above.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Only the following payment methods are accepted on 999gt: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank). Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted — the account used for deposit and the account used for withdrawal must belong to the same person.

4.2 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal

The minimum deposit amount across all methods is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Standard withdrawal processing time is 30 minutes to 3 hours.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Your account identity verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request. Review time may be slightly longer when multiple withdrawal requests are made on the same day. 999gt reserves the right to carry out additional verification for unusual or suspicious transactions.

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. Example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Depositing ৳22,000 or more qualifies for the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳32,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on deposit + bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period — once expired, the bonus will be cancelled.
• The same bonus cannot be claimed across multiple accounts.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.
• 999gt reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus at any time.
• If bonus abuse is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.

Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet on 999gt will only be considered accepted when the system displays a confirmation message. If a bet is not confirmed due to a technical issue, it will be considered void and the amount will be returned.

6.2 Bet Cancellation Circumstances

• If an event is cancelled or postponed.
• If a pricing error occurs in the system and clearly incorrect odds are displayed.
• If a bet is not fully processed due to a technical error.

6.3 Sports Betting

The sports betting section offers markets for cricket, football, tennis, kabaddi, and various other sports. All bet outcomes are settled based on independent data sources. In the event of any dispute, the decision of 999gt is final.

VIP Program

The 999gt VIP program has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

VIP tier progression is determined by a player's activity and participation. 999gt reserves the right to change or withdraw VIP benefits at any time. Members will be notified in advance if the cashback payment terms change.

Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Bonus abuse — claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, false information, or coordinated betting.
• Money laundering or introducing illegal funds into the platform.
• Intentionally exploiting software errors or bugs.
• Placing bets using automated bots or scripts.
• Threatening or harassing platform staff.
• Any form of fraudulent activity.
• Operating an account on behalf of a third party.

If 999gt detects suspicious activity, it reserves the right to temporarily freeze the account and funds until the investigation is complete.

Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 Closure by 999gt

999gt may close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances: violation of Terms, failure to complete identity verification, provision of false information, or legal reasons. Whether the balance is returned in such cases will depend on the circumstances.

9.2 Closure by the User

You may request account closure at any time by emailing the support team ([email protected]). All ongoing bets must be settled before the account is closed, and any verified balance will be returned in accordance with the applicable rules.

Intellectual Property
